Refunds and Returns
We at Cotton Tale Designs value your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If any part of your order is damaged or not in proper working condition, you may return your item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Items returned due to preference, gifts, or "Buyer's Remorse" may still be eligible for a return or exchange, but will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please contact our customer service department by calling 800-628-2621 Ext. 12 or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can issue you a return number (RMA number) that is to be placed on the exterior of the box. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it; unopened or in its original packaging. Items must be received back at the Cotton Tale Designs office within 10 days of receiving your RMA. Please include a copy of the invoice sent to you at the time of delivery and a brief note explaining the reason for the return/exchange. Some restrictions may apply. Cotton Tale Designs is not responsible for items damaged or lost in-transit.

Please note: we will not accept returns without the return number on the outside of the box. Items in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping and Handling fees will be deducted from your refund/exchange. Note: When items are returned for reasons other than damage or non-working conditions, returns/exchanges will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Sales tax is non-refundable.
